Thinking about joining a tour that’s just around the corner? We understand that sometimes travel plans come together quickly, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate late reservation requests for tours departing in 10 days or more. Please note, the teams working on your reservation are located in our Zurich office, and processing times based on that time zone.
What counts as a late reservation?
A reservation is considered “late” if it’s made on or after the Tour Finalization Date, which is the point when we’ve confirmed all the details with our hotel partners and suppliers.
What to expect with a late reservation
Because we’ve already finalized tour logistics, confirming your spot may take a little longer than usual. We’ll review availability and pricing with you at the time of booking and work to secure your place on tour. You’ll typically hear back from us via email within 3-5 business days of booking.
Since tour details are already being confirmed, we cannot accommodate any requests for extended stays or flight preferences (except upgrades) on late reservations.
If we’re able to confirm your reservation:
- Congrats – you’re going on tour! Set up your online account, download our mobile app, and start entering your traveler details.
- Standard cancellation fees will apply if you later decide to cancel.
- If you are booking your own flights: It is imperative that you wait until your spot is confirmed before purchasing your flights. Please note we are unable to assist with rebooking or cancelling flights booked independently.
If we’re unable to confirm your spot:
- You’ll receive a full refund*, or we can explore other tour options or dates that may work for you.
*Some restrictions may apply. We will inform you if there are any nonrefundable portions of your payment at time of booking.
What we need from you
To begin processing a late reservation, we’ll need two things:

Full payment at the time of your request
- If we can’t confirm your spot, you’ll be fully refunded
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, or direct debit from a checking account

- We need this to book flights, on-tour transportation, accommodations, and entrance tickets
