Once you've logged in to your online account, it's time to explore all the features the online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) has to help you prepare for your upcoming tour!
Overview of the online account
To start exploring your account, select "My account" in the top right corner of your screen. If you're on a device with a smaller screen, you'll first need to click "Menu" located in the top right corner, then select "My account."
Next, you'll see a menu of options you can select. We've summarized what you can do in each of these sections:
My tours – If you're looking for information related to a specific tour you've booked, you'll primarily access this section of your online account. Here you can make payments, add excursions, view your flights and hotels once they're posted, and so much more. We've outlined more about what you can do under "My tours" below.
Profile – Here you can update your name as it will be used for communication related to your tour, update your phone number and mailing address, and review your Club Go status. You can update more profile information in the mobile app, including your profile picture and bio.
Wishlist – Keep track of the tours you’ve got your heart set on in your travel wish list.
Help Center – Selecting "Help Center" will route you to our Help Center where you can search for articles related to questions you have about your reservation.
Accessing details about your tour
To view information about your upcoming tour, select "My tours." You'll then see your upcoming and past tours. Next, select the trip you want to view. You'll now see a menu of options you can select to the left of your screen. If you're on a device with a smaller screen, the menu options will appear on the full screen. We've summarized what you can do in each of these sections:
Checklist – The traveler checklist includes all the important pre-travel tasks that must be completed for you to go on tour, along with deadlines for each task. Once a task is completed, it will be moved to the "Completed" section of the checklist.
Traveler details – This is where you accept your tour's Terms & Conditions and complete the travel documents we need before you go on tour. Under "Name & birthdate" and "Passport" you can add your travel document information. Further down the page, you can upload your emergency contacts and health notes.
Payments & invoice – Here you can make payments, check your tour balance & payment history, and enroll in our AutoPay plan. You can also view your final payment date.
Itinerary – Your tour's day-by-day itinerary lives within the mobile app. This itinerary includes dates, so you can easily check what day an activity should be taking place.
Customization options – Here you can add excursions to your reservation (if offered on your tour) and look into adding your tour's extension (if one is offered on your tour and date).
Travel protection – Here you can review and enroll in one of our travel protection plans.
Hotels – Your hotel accommodations will start to be posted here around 30 days before you depart, and you'll be notified by email once they're available to view.
Flights – If you booked flights through Go Ahead, your itinerary will be posted here. The date your flights will be available can be viewed from this page. You can also read frequently asked questions related to our airfare package.
When you select the "Flights" section, right below that is an option to select the "Arrival day guide." This guide includes helpful tips so you're prepared to arrive on tour.
Getting ready – We strongly recommend reading all the information in this section! Here you can find pre-departure details that are specific to the destinations you're visiting. This ranges from visa requirements, tour pacing expectations, and packing tips. You can also watch a series of videos to further help you prepare for your tour.
Entry requirements – Entry requirements specific to your tour and destinations can be found here. Please read all the information very carefully. Entry requirements can change with little or no notice, so you should refer to this page several times leading up to your departure for the most accurate information.
Booking policies – You can access this section in-depth from your mobile app. Information about rebooking your trip can be found here.
