Want to see how much you’ve paid, or what’s still due, for your upcoming tour? You can view your current balance, payment history, and review due dates anytime through your online account or the Go Ahead mobile app. It’s all in one place and easy to access.
In your online account
- Log in to your account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) from a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Click on Payments & invoice
- From here, you can:
- View your current balance
- See your payment due date
- Review your payment history
In the mobile app
- Open the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) on your smartphone or tablet
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Tours page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Tap Payments & invoice under Tour details
- You’ll be able to:
- View your current balance
- See your payment due date
- Review your payment history
To review the cost breakdown of the tour components in both the online account and mobile app, click the dropdown arrow that appears next to your name under the "Booking summary" section. From here, you can select the dropdown arrow next to the line items to review the details of each component, such as your selected airport or room type.
