Once you’ve reserved your spot on tour, the first item on your to-do list is reviewing and accepting your Terms & Conditions (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). This helps ensure everything is clear and confirmed before you travel. All travelers are required to accept the Terms & Conditions prior to traveling.
How to accept Terms & Conditions
You can complete this step from your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer or tablet. Here’s how:
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- If you’re booked on more than one tour, select the trip you want to update and click “View booking details”
- Click “Traveler details”
- You’ll see a red notice here if you still have a to-do to complete
- Find the “Terms & Conditions” section and click “Review” next to the traveler’s name
- Read through the full agreement - once you scroll to the bottom, the checkbox will appear
- Check the box to agree, then click “Submit & continue”
And that’s it - you’re all set!
