Your online account is your go-to hub for everything related to your Go Ahead tour. Once you’re logged in, you’ll find tools to help you prepare, customize, and stay informed about your upcoming adventure. Whether you're making payments, checking your itinerary, or updating your traveler details, it’s all just a few clicks away.
Getting started
To access your account, head to the website (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and:
- On a desktop or larger screen: Click My account in the top right corner.
- On a smaller screen: Tap Menu in the top right, then select My account.
From there, you’ll see a menu with several helpful sections:

Your main hub for tour-specific details. Here you can:- Make payments
- Add excursions or extensions
- View flights and hotels
- Access your itinerary and entry requirements

Profile
Update your name, phone number, and mailing address. You can also check your Club Go status. For more profile customization (like adding a photo or bio), use the mobile app. -
Saved
Keep track of tours you’re dreaming about in your travel wish list. -
Help Center
Quickly search for answers to questions about your reservation.
Tour-specific details
To view your tour info:
- Select My tours
- Choose your upcoming trip
- Use the menu on the left (or full screen on smaller devices) to explore:

Checklist
Track pre-tour tasks and deadlines. Completed items move to their own section. -
Traveler details
Accept Terms & Conditions, enter passport info, upload emergency contacts, and add health notes. -
Payments & invoice
Make payments, view your balance and history, enroll in AutoPay, and check your final payment date. -
Itinerary
See your day-by-day schedule and map. Dates are included in the mobile app view. -
Customization options
Add excursions or extensions (if available for your tour). -
Travel protection
Review and enroll in a protection plan. -
Hotels
Hotel info is posted about 30 days before departure. You’ll get an email when it’s ready. -
Flights
If booked through Go Ahead, your flight itinerary will appear here. You’ll also find FAQs and the Arrival Day Guide for helpful tips. -
Getting ready
Destination-specific info like visa requirements, pacing expectations, packing tips, and more. -
Entry requirements
Stay up to date on travel entry rules. These can change quickly, so check back often. -
Booking policies
Learn about rebooking and other policies—this section is currently only available in the mobile app.
