Your day-by-day itinerary is available as soon as you book your tour. It’s your go-to guide for what to expect each day, including included activities and optional excursions.
Where to find your itinerary
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Select your upcoming tour
- Navigate to the Itinerary tab to view daily details and optional excursions
Once on tour, your Tour Director will also walk you through each day’s schedule and provide updates as needed.
Itinerary changes
While we aim to follow the itinerary as listed, changes may occasionally be necessary due to:
- Weather or local conditions
- Supplier availability
- Operational adjustments
If any adjustments are needed:
- We’ll notify you before departure when possible
- Your Tour Director will explain any changes during the tour
Planning your free time
Want to explore independently? Most itineraries will have a balance of planned activities and free time, giving you the flexibility to add personalized experiences to your trip.

Exact times for daily activities aren’t available before departure, as they often vary by departure. They depend on:
