What is the annual tour change cycle?
Once a year, our team conducts a comprehensive review of every tour in our portfolio. This is an opportunity for us to assess what’s working well, incorporate traveler feedback, and make improvements that enhance the overall experience.
During this cycle, updates may be made to any aspect of a tour, including:
- Itinerary inclusions — the sights, experiences, and activities built into your tour

Hotel accommodations — properties may be updated to better match our quality
standards - Optional excursions — add-on experiences may be introduced, updated, or retired
- Extensions — pre- or post-tour extension options may change
- Destinations and locations — stops, cities, or regions within a tour may be refined
These changes are made with care and intentionality — always with the goal of delivering a more memorable and rewarding travel experience.
What happens to my existing booking?
If you already have a tour booked when the change cycle takes effect, you don’t need to do a thing. We will automatically apply any relevant updates to your reservation on the back end, as well as communication the changes to you.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- You will receive written email communication if your tour has any changes as a result of this review.
- Your booking will be updated to reflect the current version of your tour.
- All customer-facing materials — including your trip documents, online account, and any communication — will be refreshed to show the most up-to-date information.

travel plans.
Please note: The annual tour change cycle does not inherently affect the price of your tour. If you are already booked on a tour, routine itinerary and content updates will not change your tour cost. If a pricing adjustment does apply to your booking specifically, we will reach out to you directly.

The short answer: no action is required on your part. We do encourage you to take a moment to review your updated tour details once changes have been applied.
