Wondering when your last payment is due? Whether you're making manual payments or enrolled in AutoPay, it’s important to know your final payment deadline so you can stay on track and avoid any late fees, or risk losing your spot on tour.
Your final payment date depends on your payment plan, so here’s a breakdown to help you plan ahead.
Manual Payment Plan
If you're not enrolled in AutoPay, your final payment is due by your Tour Finalization Date. This is the last day you can make changes to your tour and the deadline to pay your balance in full.
- Most tours: Final payment due 70 days before departure
- Special Event Tours, Customized Tours, Land & Cruise Tours, and Rocky Mountaineer tours: Final payment due 90 days before departure
You can view your final payment date in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) under Payments & invoice.
Please note: A one-time $75 late fee will be automatically applied if your payment isn’t received by the final payment date.
AutoPay Plan
If you're enrolled in AutoPay, your final payment date is extended closer to your departure. You can view the exact date of your last scheduled withdrawal in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) under Payments & invoice.
Next steps:
- Check your final payment date in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
- Make sure your balance is paid in full by that date to avoid late fees.
- If you're using AutoPay, confirm your last scheduled payment.
