Once you’ve reserved your spot on tour, the next step is to complete your traveler details - things like passport information, emergency contacts, and health notes. This helps us begin securing your flights and accommodations, and ensures we’re ready to support any special needs you may have on tour.
You can fill out your traveler details from your mobile app or online account.
From the Go Ahead mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Tours tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select Traveler details from the Tour details section
- If you have multiple travelers in your party, you can edit information for each traveler here
- Complete any missing information
From your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- In the top right of your screen, click My account and then My tours
- Click on your tour
- Click Traveler details
- If you have multiple travelers in your party, you can edit information for each traveler here
- You can also view any items awaiting completion from the Checklist tab
- Complete any missing information
Need to make changes?
You can update most traveler details up to one month before your tour. After that, you’ll be prompted to give us a call.
Note: Once submitted, name and birthdate cannot be changed online. If you need to update either, please contact us directly.
