Once you've reserved your spot on tour, we ask that you fill out your traveler details, such as passport information, emergency contacts and health notes, from your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app. We require this information so we can begin securing aspects of your trip (like booking flights) and ensure we're prepared to accommodate any special tour requirements you have (like food allergies).

Adding traveler details from your mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in)
- Look at the bottom of your screen and make sure you're on the "Tours" page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Traveler details" located under "Tour details"
- If there's more than one traveler on your reservation, select the name of the traveler you'd like to add traveler details for
- Complete (and save) any missing information.
Adding traveler details from your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Traveler details"
- Select "Add" (or "View") under "Travel documents" corresponding to the traveler you want to add details for
- Next, complete (and submit) your information for both the "Travel documents" and "Personal information" sections.
Making changes to traveler details
You can make changes to most traveler details in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app up until a month before your tour. If you need to make changes closer to tour, you'll be prompted to give us call. It's never possible to update your name & birthdate from your account once it's been submitted, so if that information needs to be changed please call in.
