Travel protection gives you peace of mind while you plan your adventure. You can add one of our insurance plans from the mobile app or your online account - just make sure to do so before your Tour Finalization Date.
From the Go Ahead mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Tours tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select Travel protection from the Tour details section
- Select the Travel Protection plan you'd like to add
- Make a payment if prompted
- You won’t need to make a payment if you have already paid enough to cover the cost of the insurance plan, or if you're enrolled in AutoPay
From your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- In the top right of your screen, click My account and then My tours
- Click on your tour
- Select Travel protection
- Select the Travel Protection plan you'd like to add
- Make a payment if prompted
- You won’t need to make a payment if you have already paid enough to cover your tour's deposit & cost of Travel Protection
Don’t miss the deadline
Travel protection must be added before your Tour Finalization Date. After that, it’s no longer available, so we recommend adding it early for extra peace of mind. Your coverage begins as soon as you purchase a plan.
