Now that you’ve downloaded and logged in to the Go Ahead Tours app, it’s time to explore everything it has to offer. Whether you're looking for your tour details, connecting with fellow travelers, or checking destination info, the app is designed to keep everything in one easy place.

What you’ll see when you log in
Once you open the app, your upcoming tours will appear front and center. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find a horizontal menu with five main sections:
- Explore – Browse all of the tours we offer and begin saving your favorites to reference back to.
- Saved – Look over all of the tours you've saved to your wishlist and keep track of the destinations you've visited already.
- Tours – Access all your tour details, including itinerary, flights, hotels, and more.
- Chat – Message your tourmates before, during, and after your trip. Use the Call feature to call your tourmates.
- More – Personalize your profile, add a bio and photo, access the global currency converter, and check your travel rewards.
Accessing your tour details
To view your tour info:
- Tap Tours in the bottom menu.
- Tap on your upcoming tour.
- Scroll through the page to find everything organized by section.
To return to the previous screen, tap the arrow in the top left corner.
Here’s what you’ll find in the tour details:
- Traveler details – Add passport info, emergency contacts, and health notes.
- Payments & invoice – View your balance, itemized invoice, and make payments.
- Itinerary – See your day-by-day schedule and customize with excursions.
- Hotels & flights – Review your accommodations and flight details.
- Travel protection – Add coverage if you haven’t already.
Connecting with fellow travelers
This is where the fun begins! You can:
- Tap Chat to message your group.
- Tap Travelers to see who’s joining you.
- Tap Photos to share pictures during and after your tour.

This section is packed with helpful info tailored to your tour:
- Packing tips
- Tour pacing and mobility guidance
