Not the primary booker for your tour? No problem. If you're listed on a reservation but didn’t make the booking yourself, you can still access your tour details in the Go Ahead Tours app. This guide walks you through how to get connected to your reservation.
Logging in as a secondary traveler
If you’re unable to view your tour details in the app, we’ll just need a few details to help you gain access. Once we update your reservation, you’ll be able to log in and explore your tour info.
Send us a message with the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Primary booker’s first and last name
- Primary booker’s phone number
- Primary booker’s email address
Once we receive your message, we’ll update your reservation and send you a confirmation email when your account is ready to use the app.
