Your most up-to-date invoice, current tour balance, payment history, and more can be viewed in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app.
Viewing payment details in your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- Select your upcoming tour.
- Select "Payments & invoice".
- Here you can view your current balance and payment due date. You can also download your invoice and view your payment history.
Viewing payment details in your mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in).
- Navigate to the "Tours" page.
- Select your upcoming tour.
- Select "Payments & invoice" located under "Tour details".
- Here you can view your current balance and payment due date. You can also download your tour's invoice and view your tour's payment history.
