Your most up-to-date invoice, current tour balance, payment history, and more can be viewed in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app.
Viewing payment details in your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Payments & invoice"
- Here you can view your current balance and payment due date. You can also download your tour's invoice and view your tour's payment history.
Viewing payment details in your mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in)
- Look at the bottom of your screen and make sure you're on the "Tours" page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Payments & invoice" located under "Tour details"
- Here you can view your current balance and payment due date. You can also download your tour's invoice and view your tour's payment history.
