Book online
Most tours can be booked directly through our website (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). Here’s how:
- Choose your itinerary
- Click the date you’re interested in
- Select the number of travelers
- Add round-trip flights (optional)
- Toggle on the tour extension (if available)
- Log in or create a Go Ahead account
- Complete checkout by selecting rooming options, entering traveler details, and customizing your tour with excursions and travel protection
If you see a “Call to book” or “Waitlist” message, fill out the contact form on the website and we'll be in touch soon - we’ll do our best to help you travel on the tour you’re dreaming of.
Deposits and payment options
You can hold your spot on tour with just $99 down when you enroll in AutoPay. The earlier you book, the lower your bi-weekly or monthly payments will be.
If you’re not using AutoPay, here’s what to expect for your deposit:
- $300 per person for most European tours
- $450 per person for non-European tours, Special Event Tours, Land & Cruise Tours, or Customized Tours
- The cost of any selected Travel Protection Package is due at time of booking
Booking for multiple travelers
Planning a trip with family or friends? We’re happy to set up individual payment plans for each traveler or party in your group.
If you’re booking for six or more travelers, you might be a great fit for our Group Travel Program! Find out more about the program and how to become a Group Coordinator (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
Next steps:
- Call a Tour Consultant or book online to reserve your spot.
- Choose your deposit option: AutoPay or standard deposit.
