Overview of the online account
To start exploring your account, select "My account" in the top right corner of your screen. If you're on a device with a smaller screen, you'll first need to click "Menu" located in the top right corner, then select "My account."
Next, you'll see a menu of options you can select. We've summarized what you can do in each of these sections:
Manage my tours – If you're looking for information related to a specific tour you've booked, you'll primarily access this section of your online account. Here you can make payments, add excursions, view your flights and hotels once they're posted, and so much more. We've outlined more about what you can do under "Manage my tours" below.
Notifications – get notified about travel updates, tips, and to-dos from our team.
Wish list – keep track of the tours you’ve got your heart set on in your travel wish list.
Rewards & referrals – here you can see everything you’ve earned as part of our loyalty program, Club Go.
My profile – here you can upload a profile picture, create a bio to introduce yourself to your tourmates, and add your social media handles. This information is visible in the mobile app to travelers on your tour.
Get help – selecting "Get help" will route you to our Help Center where you can search for articles related to questions you have about your reservation.
Accessing details about your tour
To view information about your upcoming tour, select "Manage my tours." You'll then see your upcoming and past tours. Next, select "View booking details" under the trip you want to view. You'll now see a menu of options you can select to the left of your screen. If you're on a device with a smaller screen, you'll first need to select "Tour overview" located towards the top of the screen, then you'll see the menu of options. We've summarized what you can do in each of these sections:
Tour overview – here you'll find an overview of your reservation. This includes a checklist reminder to help you prepare for your tour, a link to your invoice, and a list of important dates to keep in mind.
Checklist – the traveler checklist includes all the important pre-travel tasks that must be completed for you to go on tour, along with deadlines for each task. Once a task is completed, it will be moved to the "Completed" section of the checklist.
Traveler details – this is where you accept your tour's Terms & Conditions and complete the travel documents we need before you go on tour. Under "Travel documents" you can add your passport information and further down the page is where you can update your "Personal information." This includes on-tour contact information, emergency contacts, and health notes.
Itinerary – your tour's day-by-day itinerary lives here. This itinerary includes dates, so you can easily check what day an activity should be taking place.
Flights – if you booked flights through Go Ahead, your itinerary will be posted here. The date your flights will be available can be viewed from this page. You can also read frequently asked questions related to our airfare package.
When you select the "Flights" section, right below that is an option to select the "Arrival day guide." This guide includes a video outlining your arrival day and helpful tips so you're prepared to arrive on tour.
Hotels – your hotel accommodations will start to be posted here around 30 days before you depart, and you'll be notified by email once they're available to view.
Get help – this brings you to our Help Center where you can search for any questions you have leading up to your tour. We have many articles (like the one you're reading now!) to help you prepare for your trip.
Travel protection – here you can review and enroll in one of our travel protection plans.
Getting ready – we strongly recommend reading all the information in this section! Here you can find pre-departure details that are specific to the destinations you're visiting. This ranges from visa requirements, tour pacing expectations, and packing tips. You can also watch a series of videos to further help you prepare for your tour.
Entry requirements – entry requirements specific to your tour and destinations can be found here. Please read all the information very carefully. Entry requirements can change with little or no notice, so you should refer to this page several times leading up to your departure for the most accurate information.
