Access your hotel information
Before you leave the airport, look up your first hotel’s name and address in the Go Ahead app. These details are available offline, so you can view them even without Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Taxis and rideshare apps
We recommend using a trusted rideshare app or an official taxi.
Taxi tips
- Only take licensed taxis from designated airport taxi queues.
- Ask airport staff if you’re unsure where the official queue is located.
- Avoid taxis from drivers who approach you outside of the queue.
- Confirm your destination and agree on the fare before departing.
- If the fare seems high, ask airport staff or your Tour Director for a typical price range.
- Most taxis accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), but confirm with the driver first.
- If you plan to pay in cash, make sure the driver accepts it before starting your ride.
Rideshare tips
- Uber and Lyft may not be available in all locations.
- In some areas, local rideshare apps may be used instead – research in advance what rideshare apps are available at your destination.
- Follow the safety guidelines provided by the app you choose.
Public transportation

For specific instructions, message your Tour Director in the Go Ahead app. You can also use a trusted site such as Rome2Rio or Google Maps to assist with finding public transportation stops, timetables, and tickets.

Missed transfer reimbursement
If you have a Go Ahead Flights Package but miss the prearranged group transfer, you may be eligible for reimbursement from Go Ahead or your travel insurance provider. Be sure to keep your receipt for the ride.
