If your flight is delayed, please follow these steps:
- Message your Tour Director in the Go Ahead app to inform them about your flight delay. Learn how to contact your Tour Director.
- Call our 24/7 On-Tour Support Team at +1-617-619-1911 so we can advise on the next steps and what to expect once you land at your arrival airport.
Once notified, we'll do our best to rearrange a group transfer to accommodate your new arrival time. However, due to various factors such as timing and availability, this may not always be possible. Go Ahead group transfers are arranged well in advance to ensure availability and are based on originally scheduled flight times. As a result, rescheduling transfers on the day of arrival is more challenging and cannot be guaranteed.
