Travel days don’t always go as planned. If a flight delay caused you to miss your group’s airport transfer, we totally get how stressful that can feel. The good news? You’re not alone, and we’re here to help you get to your hotel as smoothly as possible.
If your flight is delayed, cancelled, or rebooked
- Message your Tour Director in the Go Ahead app to let them know about the delay.
- Call our 24/7 On-Tour Support Team at +1-617-619-1911 so we can guide you on what to expect when you land.
- Once we’re notified, we’ll do our best to rearrange a transfer based on your new arrival time.
Please note: While we’ll try to adjust plans, group transfers are scheduled in advance based on original flight times. Same-day changes can be tricky and aren’t always possible. Arriving on a different day may require you to transfer to the hotel independently.
