Adding a roommate
To add a roommate, they first must be confirmed on your specific tour and departure date. At the time of booking, your roommate should let us know they'll be rooming with you and we'll update your accounts to reflect this. Or, you can send us a message once you're both booked on the same tour and we'll add you as roommates.
If you plan to have a roommate, but they aren't yet ready to reserve their spot, we'll place you in a private room until they're confirmed on the tour.
Please note that Go Ahead does not offer roommate matching for solo travelers.

Confirming roommates
Need to confirm who we've noted as your roommate? At this time, this information isn't available to view in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app. Instead, please send us a message and we'll get back to you confirming your roommate details.
