Roommates on tour

Planning to share a room with someone on your tour? Need to confirm or change your roommate? Whether you’re traveling with a friend, partner, or family member, this guide will help you make sure your roommate details are all set.

Adding a roommate

To be listed as roommates, you'll both need to be booked on the same tour and departure in the same room type.

Booking at the same time? If you and your roommate are booking together on the same reservation, you can match yourselves as roommates during check-out online or over the phone.

Both already booked on separate reservations? You can add your roommate directly through your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app (U.S. travelers / Canadian travelers) on the Hotels page.

If your roommate hasn't booked yet: 

  • Your roommate can book the correct room type (matching yours) online or over the phone. 
  • Once their booking is confirmed, you can pair together through your online account or mobile app on the Hotels page.
  • You have until your Tour Finalization Date to match up with your roommate.

If your roommate isn't enrolled within 8 days of your tour confirmation, you'll be moved to a private room until they enroll. Private rooms may be subject to an additional cost. This additional cost will be removed once your roommate enrolls and matches up with you.

Note: We do not offer roommate matching for solo travelers, so you’ll need to coordinate your roommate plans in advance.

Changing or confirming a roommate
