Excited to see where you’ll be staying? We get it! Hotel info is one of the most anticipated parts of any trip. Here's what to know about when it becomes available in your account and what to do if something seems missing.
When hotels are posted
- Hotels begin appearing in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) about 30 days before departure
- Depending on your destinations, some accommodations may be posted closer to 15 days before your tour
- If your tour is still a few months away, you can check out sample hotels on your tour’s itinerary page on our website
Missing hotel information?
If your tour starts in less than a month and some of your hotels haven’t shown up yet:
- No need to worry—this usually means we’re still finalizing the last few details
- It does not mean your tour is missing accommodations
- Keep checking back! Hotels will appear as they’re confirmed
Extra hotel nights (pre-stays and post-stays)
- Booked hotel nights before or after your tour? Those details are usually posted closer to 2 weeks before departure
- It’s totally normal if these show up after your main tour hotels
When to contact us
- If your tour departs in less than 14 days and you still don’t see your main or extra hotel nights, send us a message and we’ll look into it for you
