Go Kits are sent to the mailing address listed in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) a few weeks before departure.

Where to find your tour details
Your flight, hotel, and itinerary information is now available digitally through your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and our mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). Just tap Tours in the app, or click on your tour in your online account, and select your upcoming trip to view:

Common questions
Where are my boarding passes?
Boarding passes are issued directly by your airline, typically 24 hours before departure. You can download them via the airline’s app, print them at home, or get them at the airport.
To access your reservation on your airline’s mobile app, you’ll use your name and 6-character confirmation code. This code can be found in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) in the Flights section.
Where will my Go Kit be shipped?
It will be mailed to the home address listed in your account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). Please double-check that your mailing address is correct in your online account.
You will receive an email with the package tracking information and confirmed shipping address once your Go Kit is on its way. Your balance must be paid in full in order for your Go Kit to ship.
What if I don’t receive my Go Kit?
No worries—your Go Kit is not required to travel. All essential tour info is available in your account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
What if I will be away from my standard mailing address before my tour?
We can add an address that is unique to each of your tours! If you would like to note a mailing address that we should ship your Go Kit to that differs from the primary mailing address we have on file for your account, please get in touch with our team here so we can make that note for your trip.
What if I'm traveling ahead of my typical departure date?
If you'll be traveling and away from home ahead of your tour's standard travel dates, send our team a message so we can assist in requesting an early mailing of your Go Kit.

What are the gifts?
Your Go Kit will contain a Go-Ahead-exclusive gift. These gifts are made from recycled materials and designed to be reused throughout your travels. Some examples of what you might receive include a backpack, a tote bag, a water bottle, a passport holder, packing cubes, organization pouches, and more!
Can I request a specific gift?
We’re unable to accommodate gift swaps, requests, or purchases.
What if I’ve traveled before?
We aim to provide a thoughtful variety for all our travelers, and you’ll receive a new gift for each tour you take!
