Before you go, we’ll send you a fun package in the mail to help you prepare for your tour. This packet, also known as your Go Kit, is shipped to the mailing address listed in your online account in the weeks leading up to your departure date.

Where can I find information on my tour itinerary, hotels, and flights?
Our industry leading, free mobile app is your go-to, all-in-one tour companion. It keeps all of your tour details in reach before, during, and after your trip. Looking for your tour info? In the app, select “Tours” from the bottom toolbar and tap your upcoming tour. From here, you’ll find tabs for your day-by-day itinerary, flights, hotels, and more. You can even begin chatting with your fellow travelers. It’s that easy!
Why aren’t flight and hotel information printouts available anymore?
Your flight and hotel information is now available in your online account and mobile app. We’ve made this change to support our sustainability efforts and to ensure you’re accessing up-to-date tour information. Details may change in the weeks leading up to your departure, and digitally accessing flight and hotel information ensures you’re seeing any and all last-minute updates.
Where can I find my boarding passes?
Boarding passes must be obtained directly from the airline(s) you’re traveling with after your flight’s check-in time (typically 24 hours prior to your flight’s departure). This is the case whether we arranged your airfare or you handled your own travel arrangements.
We recommend downloading the mobile app for your airline(s) as this will allow you to download your boarding pass directly to your phone. Alternatively, you can choose to print it out at home or get it printed once you arrive at the airport.
Where will my Go Kit be shipped to?
Your Go Kit will be shipped to the home address we have on file in your account, so please verify this information. Shipments are typically mailed a couple of weeks before your departure date and should reach your doorstep in under two weeks. Please note that we’re unable to resend Go Kits at this time, so it’s important to have the correct mailing address in your account.
What if I don’t receive my Go Kit before I leave for tour?
The Go Kit is not essential to participate in your tour. All of your tour information can be viewed in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and in our mobile app. Need help downloading it? Check out our step-by-step instructions.
What special gift am I eligible for?
We launched our new Go Kit Gift Collection in early 2025! The travel gift you’re eligible for correlates with the number of tours you’ve taken with us.
First tour: Backpack or tote (with packing cubes for each additional household member)
These sturdy bags stand up on their own, are made of thick material, and have plenty of pockets to keep the things you need handy. Pack yours up with all of your travel essentials and jet off in style.
Second tour: Water bottle
Travel experts know that hydration is key. Tuck this sleek, reusable bottle into the pocket of the bag you got on your first tour and fill it up as you go so you’ll never get thirsty on your tour.
Third tour: Passport holder
With an inner pocket that fits at least two passports and an outer pocket designed to hold credit cards, cash, and pocket-sized essentials, this zipped case will keep your valuables safe and handy.
Fourth tour: Packing cubes

Sixth tour: Multi-purpose case
Pack this case up with all your toiletries, make it a makeup bag, or turn it into a tech case for all your electronic items. Whatever you choose, you’ll be thankful to have it when you’re on the go.
Seventh tour: Extra packing cubes
Combine these two additional packing cubes with the pair you already have and your suitcase will be meticulously organized—and stay that way throughout your tour.

If I’ve traveled with Go Ahead in the past, which gift will I receive?
You’ll receive the gift that correlates with the number of tours you’ve traveled on. For example, if you’ve been on two past tours, your next Go Kit gift will be the passport holder, and you’ll continue from there with your future trips. While this collection is new for 2025, we previously had other exclusive Go Kit gifts that you received on your past trips. We hope you continue to use and enjoy the gifts you already have and the new gifts to come.
Can I request a different gift in my Go Kit than the one I am eligible for?
We’re unable to accommodate requests for alternative gifts as we carefully work with our suppliers to order the necessary number of gifts for our travelers. This also means that these gifts are not available for purchase.
Which gift will I receive if I’ve traveled on more than eight tours?
We’re working with our partners to create more exciting gifts for our loyal travelers. In the meantime, you’ll receive gifts from this brand-new collection!
