If you haven’t booked yet but want to learn more, visit the tour’s webpage on our site (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). Once there, click on the FAQ tab right under the photos at the top of the page. This section includes frequently asked questions tailored to that itinerary, like tour pacing, entry requirements, and packing tips. Additionally, you can view sample hotels & flight information, and read reviews from our travelers.
If you're already booked
Once your tour is confirmed, your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) become your best resources. In the Getting ready section, you’ll find destination-specific tips and insights, including:
- Pacing and activity levels
- Electricity and adapter info
- Local cuisine and dining customs
- Packing suggestions

How to view tour details
From your online account:
- Log in to your account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Learn how to log in to your online account
- Click on “My account” in the upper right hand corner, and then on “My tours”
- Click on your upcoming tour
- Click Getting ready
- Read about destination-specific topics and frequently asked questions
From the mobile app:
- Open the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Learn how to download the Go Ahead app
- Log in (if you aren’t already logged in)
- Learn how to log in to the Go Ahead app
- Tap the Tours tab at the bottom
- Tap on your upcoming tour
