What’s inside your welcome packet?
Your welcome packet is mailed from our North American headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, typically within a week of booking. It includes:
- Get-Ready Guide – A printed guide with everything you need to know about your tour
- Visa notification – If your destination requires a visa, we’ll let you know
- Mobile app details – Info on how to download and use the Go Ahead Tours app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
Haven’t received your packet?
Sometimes mail delays happen. If it’s been more than a month since you booked and your packet hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us. We’ll confirm your mailing address and send a digital version of the packet to your email so you don’t miss a thing.
The best part? Everything included in your welcome packet is also available in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
