We're so excited to have you going on tour with us! Before you hit the road, we’ll send you a welcome packet in the mail to prepare you for what you can expect leading up to your departure day. This packet is usually shipped out within a week of your booking from our North American headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Didn't receive your welcome packet?
Please keep in mind that occasional delays with the Post Office may occur. If your welcome packet hasn't arrived and it's been over a month since your booking, please send us a message. We'd be happy to send you a digital copy of the welcome packet via email and confirm that we have the correct mailing address on file.
The good news is that all the information included in your welcome packet is also easily accessible through your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app.
