All hotel rooms on tour include a private bathroom, and you’ll select your room type during booking. You can update your selection anytime before your Tour Finalization Date, pending availability.
How to view your room type
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Go to the Payments & Invoice section
- Select View current invoice
- Your room type will be listed under Rooming (and Extension Rooming, if applicable)
Room type options
Private room (single room)
- Sleeps one person
- Typically includes a twin, double/full, or queen-size bed
- Comes with an additional cost known as a single supplement (except on Solo Traveler Tours, where it’s included)
- Availability is limited and not guaranteed on all tours
We do not offer roommate matching for solo travelers.
Double room
- Sleeps two people
- Includes one bed (typically double/full or queen)
- In some hotels, this may be two twin beds pushed together
Twin room
- Sleeps two people
- Includes two separate beds (typically twin or double/full)
Family room (for travelers with minors)
- Designed for 1-2 adults traveling with 1-2 children
- Not available for three adults
- Room size is similar to a twin or double room
- Available only upon request and based on availability
- No additional cost if available
Possible Family Room configurations include:
- 2 double/full beds (most common)
- 1 double/full bed + 1 single bed
- 1 double/full bed + cot/sofa bed
- 2 twin beds + cot/sofa bed
- 3 twin beds
