When hotel details become available
Hotel info is typically posted in your account starting 30 days before departure, though some accommodations may be confirmed closer to two weeks before your tour. Keep checking back as your trip gets closer!
We’ll send you an email when your hotels are ready to go.
Where to view your hotel details
In the mobile app
- Open the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) on your smartphone or tablet
- Log in (if you’re not already logged in)
- Tap the Tours tab
- Select your upcoming tour
- Tap Hotels under Tour details to view your accommodations
In your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Click Hotels to view your accommodation details
Tip for Arrival Day: Write down the name and contact info of your first hotel—either in your phone or on paper—and keep it handy on the plane. You may need this information to complete a customs form before landing. (And don’t forget to pack a pen!)
Also, be sure the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) is downloaded and you're logged in before you depart so you can easily access your hotel details anytime, anywhere.
