If you need to reschedule your tour or your account says, “Your reservation has been put on hold,” you’re in the right place. This article explains how to rebook your tour online, whether you want the same itinerary on a new date or a completely different adventure.
How to rebook your tour
To begin, click the Start rebooking button in your account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). This will take you to the Rebooking overview page, where you’ll see your original reservation and get step-by-step instructions.
Step-by-step rebooking process

Choose your new tour
- Pick a new date for your original itinerary or switch to a different tour entirely.

Confirm your details
- Review your flight, rooming, and customization options.

Review and submit
- See how your original payment applies to the new tour, view the cost breakdown, and submit your rebooking.
Click Start rebooking again to answer: How would you like to rebook?

Choose a new departure date for this tour
- Same itinerary, different date.
- You’ll browse available dates for your current tour.

Switch to a different tour
- New itinerary, same or different date.
- Search by tour name and browse available dates.
Use filters to narrow down your options, like seeing only bookable dates or those with extensions. Keep in mind that prices vary by season.
Customization options
After selecting your date, you’ll be able to:
- Review and adjust flight options
- Choose rooming preferences
- Add tour extension (if available)
- Select excursions
If you’re sticking with the same tour, your original selections will carry over. If you’re switching tours, you’ll start fresh.
Note: These items do not carry over automatically and must be re-requested through our Traveler Support team after rebooking:
- Flight upgrades or special requests
- Extended hotel stays (early arrival or late departure)
- Pending payments: Recent payments may not transfer to your new reservation. Please contact us to finish moving your funds.
Final steps
- Click Continue to review to confirm your selections.
- Choose your payment option:
- Enroll in Autopay (recommended)

- Enroll in Autopay (recommended)
- Pay in full
- Pay on your own schedule with manual payments (you’ll enter payment info but won’t be charged immediately)
Finally, accept the Terms & Conditions and click Rebook your tour.

If you previously reserved an extended stay or requested a flight upgrade or preference, please submit a new request to our team.
Exclusions
Please note that only select tours can be rebooked online. If you see an error message that prevents you from rebooking online but you still need to change your plans, you can submit a request to our team and we’ll be in touch.
Any fees previously assessed will be held on that reservation, and funds will be withheld for those fees. All other funds can transfer to the new reservation.
