Prefer to pay on your own schedule? If AutoPay isn’t the right fit, our Manual Payment Plan gives you the flexibility to make payments when it works best for you, without any fees or interest. You can pay in full at any time or pay towards your balance over time through your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
How the Manual Payment Plan works
- You choose when and how much to pay.
- No fees, no interest, and no enrollment required.
- Make payments online (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or through the mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
- Final payment is due:
- 70 days before departure for most tours
- 90 days before departure for Land & Cruise Tours and Customized Tours
If you’d rather pay everything upfront, you can do so at the time of booking or anytime before your final payment date. You’ll receive email notifications closer to your final payment date to remind you to pay your balance.
What’s needed to book
To reserve your spot, you’ll need to pay:
- A deposit
- $300 for European land tours
- $450 for non-European tours, Special Event Tours, Land & Cruise Tours, or Customized Tours
- The cost of insurance if you choose to add it during booking
