We’re currently operating all our tours, but we continue to monitor global events and travel advisories closely. If anything comes up that could impact your experience, we’ll reach out with updates, so you’re never left guessing.
Travel restrictions and world events
If government orders or public health advisories prevent your tour from running as planned, we’ll notify you by email or phone around 45 days before departure. If a situation develops rapidly, there may be instances in which we make a decision about your tour closer to your departure. If you don’t hear from us, you can assume your tour is set to go!
Low tour enrollment
Each tour is designed for a specific group size, so we do require a minimum number of travelers. If your tour is cancelled due to low enrollment, we’ll let you know before your Tour Finalization Date. In rare cases, we may notify you after that date if there are unexpected cancellations - but we always do our best to run tours once they’re finalized.
Tour extensions have slightly lower minimum enrollment requirements. If an extension is canceled, you’ll be refunded for that portion, and any flights booked through Go Ahead will be rebooked for you.
