Go Ahead’s airfare package includes added convenience and support that won’t apply if you arrange flights independently. Here's what to consider before making your decision.
What to expect when you book your own flights
If you choose to book flights independently, the following will be your responsibility:

Airport transfers: You’ll need to arrange your own transportation:
- From the airport to your first hotel at the start of the tour.
- From your last hotel to the airport at the end of the tour.

Flight schedules: You’ll need to ensure that your arrival and departure times align with the tour itinerary.
- Arriving too late or departing too early may cause you to miss included activities or accommodations.
- Flight disruptions: If your independently booked flights are delayed or canceled, Go Ahead’s ability to assist is limited. Any extra costs for changes or rebooking will be your responsibility. The Go Ahead insurance package does not cover independently booked flights.
- Tour confirmation: Do not book flights until your tour is confirmed, either by meeting the minimum group size or reaching your Tour Finalization Date.
