Want to make sure your TSA PreCheck or Global Entry benefits are added to your upcoming flights? If you’ve booked airfare through Go Ahead, you’ll need to manually add your Known Traveler Number (KTN) to your Go Ahead App. Here’s how to do it.
How to add your KTN
Once your flights are released (between 85–60 days before departure):
- Log into your Go Ahead account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Click on your upcoming tour, and "Traveler Details" and then your name. Please note, if there are multiple travelers in your party, you will need to add each KTN individually.
- There will be options to add your KTN, Redress Number and/or Frequent Flyer Numbers
- Add your 9-digit KTN (also called PASSID).

If your flights haven’t been booked yet
Please hold off until your flights have been released in your Go Ahead App, and enter in the information at that time. You can also contact us if you’re having trouble entering your KTN in the app.
Next steps:
- Wait for your flight details to be released in your Go Ahead account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
- Enter in your KTN to your Go Ahead App.
- Check your reservation as the trip gets closer to ensure the KTN has been added.
