Want to earn airline miles for your tour flights? If you’re a member of an airline’s loyalty program and booked your airfare through Go Ahead, you can add your frequent flyer number directly to your airline reservation.
Adding your number before departure is the best way to ensure it is applied correctly. While most travelers do earn miles with our airfare packages, mileage accrual is not guaranteed and depends on the airline’s policy.
How to add your frequent flyer number
Once your flights are released (between 85–60 days before your tour):
- Find your airline reservation number: This 6-character code (also called a confirmation number, record locator, or booking code) is listed in the Flights section of your Go Ahead online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).

Log into your Go Ahead App: Log in and navigate to your current tour, then:
- Select "Traveler Details" if there are multiple people in your travel party, you will need to enter each individually.
- You will be prompted to enter in your frequent flyer number and corresponding airline.
- Confirm your flight details.
- Flying with more than one airline? Repeat the process for each airline. Your frequent flyer number must be entered separately for each different airline.
If you’re having trouble
- Send us a message with your frequent flyer number and full name.
- We’ll do our best to add it to your reservation.
- If you'd like to request to fly with a specific airline, submit a flight request prior to your Tour Finalization Date.
Once added, we strongly recommend checking your reservation on the airline’s website to make sure the number has been applied.
