Adding Go Ahead flights
The best time to add flights is when you book your tour, but if you need more time to decide, you can still add our airfare package up until your Tour Finalization Date. To get started, send us a message with your home airport. We’ll follow up with pricing based on your location.
When you book flights through us, you get:
- Round-trip flights with trusted airlines
- Airport transfers on the first and last days of tour
- 24/7 flight support from our dedicated teams
- Flexible rebooking if needed, and more!
Our in-house Flights Team will choose a flight itinerary that suits your tour schedule, and your flights will be posted in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) between 85 and 60 days before your tour.
Flights are usually ticketed between 45 and 30 days before your tour.

Removing Go Ahead flights
If you’ve already added flights but want to remove them, we’ve got you covered. Send us a message and we’ll review your request.
You can remove the airfare package at no cost as long as it’s before your Tour Finalization Date. After that, changes may incur a fee depending on how close you are to departure.
If you opt to book your own flights, keep in mind:
- You’ll be responsible for your own airport transfers at the beginning and end of the tour
- You’ll need to manage any changes or cancellations directly with your airline
