How to view flights booked by Go Ahead
If you've booked our airfare package, you'll receive an email notification once your flight itinerary is finalized and can be viewed in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app. Expect your flight itinerary to be confirmed between 85 and 60 days before your trip. If you have a question about your confirmed flight itinerary, please submit a flight request.
Viewing flights from your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Flights"
Viewing flights from the Go Ahead app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in)
- Look at the bottom of your screen and make sure you're on the "Tours" page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Flights"
Flights disappeared from MyAccount
While Go Ahead aims to confirm flights between 85 and 60 days before departure, your flights could still change if your itinerary is impacted by a schedule change issued by the airline. If you log in to your Go Ahead account and don't see your flights and your tour departs in under 60 days, your flight itinerary likely experienced a schedule change.
Our flight experts are working to confirm your schedule change and you'll receive an email once your updated itinerary is confirmed and showing in your account. If your flights have been missing for over 10 business days, please submit a request to our Traveler Support Team.

Finding ticket information
Go Ahead flights are ticketed between 60 and 30 days prior to your tour's departure date. Once you receive your ticket numbers you can try to select seats through your airline's website. Some airlines may require you to wait until check-in to pick seats. If your ticket numbers are not showing in your account after 30 days before your tour, send us a message.
