Booked your flights through Go Ahead and wondering where to find your itinerary? We’re here to help. This article explains when your flight details will be ready and how to easily view them in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
When to expect your flight itinerary
If you’ve added Go Ahead’s airfare package, your flight itinerary will be finalized and available to view between 85 and 60 days before your tour. We’ll send you an email notification as soon as your flights are ready.

How to view your flights
From the Go Ahead mobile app
- Open the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) on your smartphone or tablet
- Log in to your account (if you’re not already logged in)
- Tap the “Tours” tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select your upcoming tour
- Tap “Flights” to view your itinerary
From your online account
- Log in to your Go Ahead online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) on a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Click on “Flights” to view your itinerary
Flights disappeared from your account?
If your tour departs in less than 60 days and your flights are no longer showing, it’s likely due to a schedule change issued by the airline. Our Flights Team is working on confirming your updated itinerary, and you’ll get an email once it’s finalized.
If your flights have been missing for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us.
Finding your ticket information
Flights are usually ticketed between 45 and 30 days before your tour. Once ticketed, you can try selecting seats directly through your airline’s website. Some airlines may require you to wait until check-in.
If your ticket numbers are not showing in your account after 30 days before departure, please send us a message.
