It's important that your flights are booked under the exact name that appears on the travel document (passport or government-issued ID) you'll be using for your tour, otherwise you could be denied boarding. If you haven't submitted this information yet, please do so in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app. Learn how to submit passport information.
Name doesn't match passport or license
If you notice any name discrepancies when viewing your flights on the airline's official website or the "Traveler details" section of your Go Ahead account, contact us as soon as possible. If you notice your first and middle name don't have a space between them (but they are spelled correctly), this isn't something to worry about. Please read below for more information about this.
No space between first and middle name
It's common for airlines to squish together first and middle names on flight bookings, rather than including a space between them. This is primarily due to system limitations, like character limits or older systems that aren't able to separate first and middle names. If you notice your first and middle name are combined when viewing your flight reservation from the airline's mobile app or official website, there's no need to worry. Boarding passes that include your first and middle name without any space also won't result in any issues boarding your flight.
