Not seeing your flights in your Go Ahead account or mobile app? If your itinerary was previously visible and has now disappeared, don't worry - this can be a common part of the booking process. Here’s what’s likely happening and what to expect next.
When to expect your flight itinerary
If you’ve added Go Ahead’s airfare package, your flight itinerary will be confirmed and visible in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) between 85 and 60 days before your tour. We’ll send you an email once your flights are finalized.
Why your flights may have disappeared
If your flights were previously showing in your account and have suddenly disappeared, it’s likely due to an airline schedule change. This happens frequently, especially for trips booked far in advance.
Our Flights Team is actively working behind the scenes to confirm your updated itinerary. Once it’s finalized, your new flight details will reappear in your account, and we’ll email you to let you know.

If your flights have been missing for more than 10 business days, please submit a request to our Traveler Support Team so we can assist you.
