Ready to make your tour payments more manageable? Whether you're looking to split costs, set up a payment plan, or avoid paying all at once, AutoPay is a flexible option that lets you choose bi-weekly or monthly installments. You can enroll right from your online account - just make sure to do so at least three days before your Tour Finalization Date.
If that date has already passed, the option to enroll will no longer appear in your account. But if you're still within the window, setting up AutoPay is quick and easy.
Step-by-step: Enroll in AutoPay
Here’s how to get started:
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) from any device.
- Select your upcoming tour.
- Click on Payments & invoice.
- Scroll down and select Enroll now under the Automatic Payment Plan section.
- Choose your start date and payment frequency - you’ll see a breakdown of your payment schedule, amounts, and your new final payment date.
- Enter your payment info (checking account or debit card only - credit cards aren’t accepted).
- Confirm your billing address.
- Accept the AutoPay Terms & Conditions.
- Click Start plan and you’re all set!
If you need to make changes to an upcoming payment, be sure to do so at least two business days before it’s scheduled. After that, it can’t be moved or canceled. Learn more about changing your AutoPay plan.
