If one of your AutoPay withdrawals didn’t go through, don’t worry. Whether you're dealing with a declined payment, a bank issue, or a missed installment, you’ve got options to stay on track.
You can either make the missed payment manually or let the system adjust your remaining payments. Just be sure your account is ready for the next withdrawal to avoid further issues.
Your options after a failed payment
You can choose one of the following:
- Make a manual payment in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) under Payments & invoice. Then, check with your bank to ensure future payments will process correctly.
-
Leave the failed payment as is. The missed amount will be evenly split across your remaining payments.
- Example: If you had 4 payments left of $300 each, and one fails, the remaining 3 payments will be $400 each.
Please note: If your final payment fails, you’ll need to pay manually as soon as possible to avoid late fees or cancellation.
Why payments may fail
Here are some common reasons:
- Insufficient funds
- Bank declined the withdrawal
- Daily withdrawal limit exceeded
- Account is closed or frozen
- You asked your bank to block the payment
- Incorrect account info (card or account number, expiration date, CVV)
Please contact your bank to resolve the issue and ensure future payments go through smoothly. If the problem is due to incorrect account details, call us directly:
- U.S. travelers: 1-800-597-0350
- Canadian travelers: 1-800-754-5066
We’ll send you an email if a payment fails. If multiple payments fail in a row, your AutoPay plan will be canceled and you’ll be switched to the Manual Payment Plan, which has an earlier final payment deadline: your Tour Finalization Date. You can view your updated payment schedule in your account under Payments & invoice.
Next steps:
- If an automatic payment fails, choose whether to make a manual payment or let the system adjust your remaining payments.
- Contact your bank to resolve any issues, and call us if your account info needs to be updated.
