Need to update your AutoPay settings? Whether you're looking to adjust your payment date, switch your payment method, or cancel AutoPay altogether, you can make changes right from your online account. Just be sure to make changes at least two business days before your next scheduled payment. After that, changes can’t be made.
What you can change
- Switch between bi-weekly or monthly payments
- Update your payment method (checking account or debit card)
- Cancel AutoPay and return to manual payments
How to update your AutoPay plan
Follow these steps to make changes:
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
- Select your upcoming tour.
- Click on Payments & invoice.
- Select Edit plan in the Payments section.
- Choose Change payment method, Change payment date, or Cancel AutoPay
Next steps:
- Make any changes at least two business days before your next payment.
- Cancel your current plan & re-enroll if you need to update your payment method or schedule.
