Tour interruptions
If something comes up while you’re on tour, you’re backed by a global network of support. Our 24/7 On-Tour Support Team works closely with your Tour Director and local experts to help resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully.
Behind the scenes, we’ve got a team trained in emergency response, risk management, and traveler care. They’re ready to help with everything from minor hiccups to major world events. If needed, we can bring in outside specialists or work with local authorities to make sure you’re safe and supported.
We also have a dedicated team that helps keep families informed in case of an emergency, whether you're on the road or back home.
Travel advisory changes
If a destination experiences a sudden change while you’re there - like a stay-at-home order - we’ll act quickly to adjust your itinerary or bring you home as soon as possible. You won’t be charged any extra fees for these changes, and if you booked your flights through Go Ahead, we’ll take care of any flight change costs too.
If you opted to book your own flights, you’ll need to contact the airline to make any changes. You’ll be responsible for any costs associated with the changes.
