Action Required: Submit Your Passport Copy for Laos
We're working hard behind the scenes to make sure every detail of your Southeast Asia journey is taken care of! One of the highlights of your Laos & Bangkok extension is a scenic train journey from Vientiane to Luang Prabang, and to reserve your ticket, we need one quick thing from you: a copy of your passport.
Why Do We Need This?
Our Operations Team is required to submit a copy of every traveler's passport in order to reserve your train ticket from Vientiane to Luang Prabang in Laos. This is a mandatory requirement — without it, we won't be able to secure your seat!
What Do I Need to Submit?
Please send us a digital scan or photo of your passport that includes:
- Both the photo page and the signed signature page
- A clear image — no distortion, blurring, or glare
- Everything fully readable and nothing cut off
Preferred file format: JPEG
Don't have a scanner? No problem! A photo taken on your phone works just fine, as long as it meets the guidelines above. Please note that we may request a resubmission if the image doesn't meet the required standards.
When Do I Need to Submit By?
Please send in your passport copy no later than 50 days prior to your departure date.
Since this is needed to secure your train reservation, we kindly ask that you send it over as soon as possible, the sooner the better!
How Do I Submit?
Simply send us a message and we will be sure our Operations Team receives your copy.
