Everything You Need to Know About Cambodia's e-Arrival Card

Getting ready to explore the wonders of Cambodia? Before you go, there's one quick (but important!) step to add to your pre-trip checklist: the Cambodia e-Arrival Card. Here's everything you need to know to breeze through arrival and get straight to the adventure.

What Is the e-Arrival Card?

Cambodia has introduced a new electronic arrival card to make entering the country smoother and faster for travelers. The e-Arrival Card replaces the individual paper forms you may have filled out in the past such as, immigration, health declaration, and customs all rolled into one convenient digital form. Less paperwork, more exploring!

When Do I Fill It Out?

The form must be completed within 7 days of your arrival in Cambodia — no earlier. Since your tour will likely already be underway by then, don't worry! Your Tour Director will be right there to help if you have any questions while filling it out on the road.

How Do I Complete the e-Arrival Card?

It's easy! You have two options:

• Online: Visit the official website at www.arrival.gov.kh and select "Submit Online" to get started. You'll also find helpful video tutorials and FAQs right on the site.
• Mobile App: Download the Cambodia e-Arrival app, available on both Apple and Google devices.

What Happens After I Submit?

Once you've completed the form, you'll receive a QR code. Hold onto this — you'll need to present it when you arrive in Cambodia. You can either:

• Display it on your mobile device, or
• Print a hard copy to bring with you

Either works, so choose whatever is easiest for you!

What If I Still Need a Visa?

Great news — the e-Arrival platform can also be used to reserve an e-Visa on arrival, if you haven't already secured your visa through another method.

Already have a visa? You still need to complete the e-Arrival Card — it's required for all travelers. When prompted about visa status, simply select "No" if you have an approved visa and are not applying for an electronic visa on arrival.

What If I Can't Complete It Before I Arrive?

Tablets will be available at the airport for travelers who weren't able to fill out the form in advance. That said, we strongly recommend completing it ahead of time to avoid any delays and ensure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible. More time at the airport means less time discovering Cambodia's incredible temples, markets, and landscapes!
