Keeping your payment details up to date ensures smooth and secure transactions. This guide shows you how to view, add, edit, and remove saved payment methods in your online account and mobile app.
Please note: If a payment method is linked to an active AutoPay plan, you’ll need to add a new method to the plan before removing the existing one.
Managing payment methods online
- Log in to your account: Log into your online account.

Navigate to payment settings: Select Profile > Payment methods > Manage all methods.

View saved methods: See your current payment methods, your default method, and any linked to AutoPay.

Add a new method: Click Add Payment Method, enter your details, and save.

Edit an existing method: Select the card or account, click Edit, and make changes.

Remove a method: Select the card or account, click Edit, choose Remove payment method, and confirm by clicking Yes, remove.
Managing Payment Methods in the Mobile App
- Sign in to the app: Log in to the app and tap the More icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Go to Payment Methods: Under My info, select Payment Methods.

Add a new method: Tap the + icon in the top right corner, enter your details, and save.
Edit or remove a method Tap the saved card or account, then choose Edit or Remove payment method.
