Logged into your account but not seeing your upcoming tour? If your reservation isn’t showing under “My tours,” there are a couple of common reasons why, and we’re here to help get to the bottom of it.
Why your reservation might be missing
We know how exciting it is to count down to your tour, so it can be confusing when your reservation doesn’t appear. Here are the most likely reasons:
Duplicate accounts
If you’ve booked a tour but don’t see it listed, you may have multiple accounts under different email addresses. This can happen if you’ve used more than one email to book or communicate with us.
If you think this might be the case:
- Send us a message or use our live chat during business hours.
- Let us know which email you’d like to use as your primary account.
- We’ll merge your accounts so all your tours, past and future, live in one place.
- You may need to log out and back into your account after this is completed.
Waitlist reservations
If you’re on a waitlist, your tour won’t appear as a full reservation just yet. Instead, you’ll see a banner under “My tours” that says:
“You’re on the waitlist! This tour is currently full. If space opens up, our team will reach out.”
If your spot can be confirmed, you'll receive an email from us and your reservation will appear in full.
