How to update your contact information in the mobile app
Email addresses can only be updated using the Go Ahead mobile app.
- Using a smartphone or tablet, log into the mobile app
- Tap on "More" in the bottom left-hand corner
- Select "My contact information"
- Select "Edit" next to the field you'd like to change (email, phone number, mailing address, or preferred name)
- Type in your contact information and tap "Save"
How to update your contact information in your online account
- Using a computer or tablet, log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Select "My account" located in the top right corner of the screen
- If you're on a device with a smaller screen, you'll first need to select "Menu" located in the top right corner, then select "My account"
- Select "My profile" from the drop-down menu
- Scroll to your contact information
- Click "Edit" next to the field you'd like to change (phone number, mailing address, or preferred name)
- Email addresses can only be updated on the mobile app
- Type in your contact information and click "Save"
