Preview the extension in the app
Before requesting an extension, take a moment to review what's included.
- Open the Go Ahead Tours app and tap the Tours icon.
- Scroll down to Customize your tour.
- Select Extension overview to browse the itinerary and see what's included.

What does the extension cost?
If you book an extension while on tour, your total cost will include:
- The base price of the extension program
- Rooming costs for the extension
- Any flight change fees to modify your return or internal travel
All costs will be presented to you for review before you confirm — so you'll know exactly what to expect before committing.
How to request adding the extension while you're on the road
Once you've reviewed the extension itinerary and are ready to move forward, contact the 24/7 On Tour Support team at +1 (617) 619-1911.
After your request is received, the team will check availability across all extension components — including hotels, internal flights, and ground transportation. Here's what happens next:
- If space is available: A representative will contact you to review final pricing and complete your booking, including collecting payment.
If space is not available: You'll be notified that the extension cannot be added.
How long does confirmation take?
Adding an extension while on tour typically takes 1–2 business days. This allows time to verify availability across all components before your booking is finalized.
