If you booked your flights through Go Ahead and need to adjust your itinerary while you currently on tour, we’ll work with you to explore your options. Please keep in mind that on-tour flight requests will likely come with high additional costs to accommodate.
Making changes to your flight itinerary
Need to change your flight dates, connections, or departure airport? Give our On-Tour Support Team a call at +1-617-619-1911. Let us know what’s going on, and we’ll check availability and pricing for your request.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Non-emergency flight changes may take a couple of days to confirm.
- Last-minute changes can come with high additional costs.
- Voluntary changes may not be covered by your travel insurance plan.
Seat changes and upgrades
If you’d like to switch your seat or request a specific one, the best way to do that is by contacting the airline directly. Go Ahead is not able to select seats on your behalf.
