While we do our best to run every optional excursion as planned, cancellations may occasionally happen before departure due to:
- Low enrollment
- Unexpected site closures
- Changes in supplier availability
What happens if your excursion is canceled
- You’ll receive an email notification if you were signed up
- The excursion will be removed from your account and invoice
- A refund will be issued to your original form of payment
Refunds typically take 2–3 weeks to process. If you haven’t received yours after that time, submit a request and we’ll be happy to assist.
