Optional excursions may be canceled prior to departure due to reasons such as low enrollment, unexpected closures, or changes in supplier availability.
When an excursion must be canceled pre-tour, we'll notify the travelers who were signed up for the excursion via email. The canceled excursion will be automatically removed from your account and invoice, and a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. If you still haven't received your refund 2 to 3 weeks after being notified about an excursion cancellation, please submit a request so we can assist you.
