Excursions canceled by Go Ahead
Optional excursions may be canceled on tour due to reasons like low enrollment, weather or unexpected closures. If Go Ahead cancels an excursion for your whole tour group that you were signed up for, you'll be refunded the full cost of the excursion back to your original form of payment within 6 to 8 weeks from the end date of your tour. If you still haven't received your refund in that timeframe, please submit a request so we can assist you.
Didn't attend excursion that still ran
If you signed up for an excursion, but chose not to participate due to a personal reason, the excursion is non-refundable. If you were unable to join an excursion due to tour interruption and/or health reasons, you may be eligible to file an insurance claim if you have Go Ahead's travel coverage.
