Excursions canceled by Go Ahead
Optional excursions may be canceled while on tour due to reasons such as low enrollment, weather, or unexpected closures. If Go Ahead cancels an excursion for your entire tour group that you signed up for, you'll be refunded the full cost of the excursion back to your original form of payment after you return home.
While we strive to process refunds within 8 to 10 weeks following the end of your tour, please note that refunds for canceled excursions are currently taking longer to process.
At Go Ahead, we’re in the process of upgrading our systems to enhance your experience. During this transition, our Finance Team is prioritizing refunds for all travelers affected by canceled excursions. Rest assured, the full cost of your excursion will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Didn't attend excursion that still ran
If you signed up for an excursion, but chose not to participate due to a personal reason, the excursion is non-refundable. If you were unable to join an excursion due to tour interruption and/or health reasons, you may be eligible to file an insurance claim if you have Go Ahead's travel protection.
