Important: Before you can file an insurance claim, you must contact Go Ahead Tours to cancel your trip and receive your insurance information. This step is required to initiate the claims process.
For U.S. travelers
Go Ahead’s Travel Protection plans include coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, travel and baggage delays, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged belongings. If you need to file a claim or want to understand your coverage better, here’s how to get started.

You’ll be asked to select your state and the time period when you enrolled in the plan. If you’re not sure when you enrolled, log in to your Go Ahead account to view your Travel Protection details.

For Canadian travelers
Coverage for Canadian travelers depends on when your policy was purchased. Here's how to find the right information for your plan.
Policies purchased before September 1, 2023
Coverage is provided by Chubb Insurance Company of Canada.
Policies purchased on or after September 1, 2023
Coverage is provided by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Canadian Branch).
For both providers, you can download your Certificate of Insurance from the Go Ahead website. This document includes your policy details and instructions for filing a claim. If you need help or want to request a claim form, call our Canadian Traveler Support team at 1-800-754-5066.
Steps for filing a claim

Contact Go Ahead Tours to cancel your trip and receive your insurance information before filing a claim.
- You cannot begin a claims process until your tour is cancelled.
