Checking the status of a claim

Policies purchased on or after September 1, 2023
The Canadian Travel Protection Plan travel coverage is underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Canadian Branch).
For both insurance providers, you can download a "Certificate of Insurance" from Go Ahead's website, which includes policy information and details on filing a claim. For more information or to request an insurance claim form, please call our Traveler Support team in Canada at 1-800-754-5066.
