Due to ongoing system upgrades, travel credits and vouchers are not currently available to view in your online account. We are working to restore this functionality as soon as possible. You can still apply vouchers and travel credits towards your reservation. We appreciate your patience!
Follow these instructions to learn how to access your travel credits and future travel vouchers.
- Using a computer or tablet, log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Select "My account" located in the top right corner of the screen
- If you're on a device with a smaller screen, you'll first need to select "Menu" located in the top right corner, then select "My account"
- Next, select "Rewards & referrals" from the drop-down menu
- An overview of your Club Go rewards can be viewed here!
- To see all of your available credits and vouchers, select "Travel bank" located to the left of the screen. You can also select "Referrals" for an overview of referral credit earnings.
- If you're on a device with a smaller screen, you should select "More" towards the top of the screen to the right, then select "Travel bank" or "Referrals."
